prague-transfer.eu can not take responsibility if due to reasons beyond its control i.e. accident or traffic congestion that the Mercedes Viano will not be able to be at the location requested, however in such cases prague-transfer.eu will provide an alternative saloon or standard people carried at our normal rate, and will notify the passengers via text message.
